・クレジット表記は任意ですが、「花詰まり」とご記載orメンションしていただけますと幸いです。
・フリーBGMはYouTube Content ID、JASRAC等の著作権管理団体への登録をしておりません。
・著作権、著作隣接権等のあらゆる権利は「花詰まり」に帰属します。
・カット、ループ、フェードイン・アウトなどの加工はご自由にしていただけます。
・フリーBGMに歌詞をつけていただいたり、「歌ってみた」「弾いてみた」等でご使用いただけますが、その際は［動画共有サービス・ライブ配信・各種SNS］でのご使用をお願いいたします。

・フリーBGMを使用した「歌ってみた」「弾いてみた」等を無許可で販売、Apple MusicやSpotify等で配信（販売）すること

＜Free BGM Terms of Use＞
Free BGM can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes as long as it is within the scope of the terms of use.
Credit notation is optional, but we would appreciate it if you could mention "HANAZUMARI".
Free BGM is not registered with YouTube Content ID, JASRAC, or any other copyright management organization.
All rights including copyrights and neighboring rights belong to HANAZUMARI.
You are free to cut, loop, fade in/out, etc.
You can add lyrics to the free BGM and use it in "I tried singing it" or "I tried playing it," but please use it only on video sharing services, live distribution, and various social networking services.
＜Prohibited items＞
Impersonate the author
Secondary distribution.
Registration with copyright management organizations such as YouTube Content ID, JASRAC, etc.
Use in videos or distribution that include content related to religion, politics, crime, or slander, or that include similar lyrics.
Use in non-creative BGM contents such as "BGM for work" or "○○-hour endurance BGM
